At BWMS we consider our employees to be our best asset. Our vessel crews are not considered just a number, but an integral part of our operation. We encourage and assist our deck crews in getting their USCG licenses. We also are looking for qualified wheelhouse personnel. If you currently hold a license, we want to talk to you! We offer a full line of benefits, including life & health insurance, 401 K, and profit sharing. The majority of our boats work a 14-7 schedule, others work a 20-10 rotation. All crew changes are done out of Rockport, TX.

All applicants must have a picture ID and social security card. Pre-employment drug testing is required.
 

Tug Captains: Minimum qualifications are 100 ton master with towing & radar endorsement. Applicants are encouraged to call, e-mail or come by in person.

Crew Boat Captains: Minimum qualifications are 100 ton master license, first aid and FCC radio operators permit. Applicants must come to the office in person to fill out application.
